ORDERS
For orders we request information from users via our order forms. On the order form, users must provide contact information (e.g. name and delivery address) and financial information (e.g. credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for payment and to process customer orders. In the event that we encounter a problem processing your order, your contact information will be used to get in touch with you. All online transactions are processed using SSL encryption mode (see Security section for more details).

This site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that CARESTA BAGS is not responsible for the privacy policies adopted by other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the disclosure statements for each site that collects personally identifiable information. This act applies only to information collected on this site.
SAFETY
This site takes all security measures to protect the personal information of our users. When you enter personal data on our site, your information will be protected both offline and online.
If there are subscription forms for the CARESTA BAGS newsletter and/or order forms for which the insertion of personal data is required (for example the credit card number), this type of information will be codified and protected using the best system encryption software – SSL.
All personal information will be processed via secure pages, marked with a padlock symbol, located to the left of the web address. We use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, but our efforts are aimed at protecting this type of information offline as well.
All user information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, will not be the subject of any other activity, outside of those carried out in the office. Only employees whose specific job involves working with personal information (for example, representatives of payment or customer service departments) have access to user-identifying data. The servers on which your personally identifiable information is stored are located in a secure location.
SPECIAL OFFERS
Our users will occasionally receive information about products, services, latest special offers and/or articles about our products.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CHANGES
If a user's identifying information changes (for example, zip code) or if a user wishes to cancel our services, we will take care to correct, update or delete that personal data entrusted to us by the user. This can be done either from the registration page or via an email sent to the web publisher.
If we decide to change our policy, we will post these changes on our home page so that our users are always informed about what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we make it public. If we decide to use personal information for purposes or in ways other than those presented at the time of their registration, we will notify users via email. Users may or may not agree to the use of information for other purposes. We will use the information in accordance with the policy under which it was collected.
UNSUBSCRIPTION OPTION
Users have the option to unsubscribe when they no longer wish to receive our newsletter/alerts/briefings by using the unsubscribe link in the email or online. By accepting the Terms and Conditions of this site, you automatically subscribe to our newsletter.
DISTRIBUTION AND USE OF INFORMATION
The personal information made available on the site in order to receive or use certain services is protected according to the conditions of Law 677/2001.
CARESTA BAGS will not distribute, sell or rent in any way the information of individuals included in our databases without your consent or upon request of a court of law.
GUARANTEES
Caresta Bags SRL declares that the products marketed through the site comply from a qualitative point of view with the purpose for which these products are intended.
The warranty period for accessories is 30 days. During this period, the Buyer has the right to repair or replacement of products showing manufacturing defects. The extended warranty period is 365 days only for the renewal of leather parts (color refreshment).
To take advantage of the product warranty, the buyer undertakes to comply with all use and maintenance instructions provided by the manufacturer via the Warranty Certificate received upon delivery.

To take advantage of the guarantee, the buyer must keep the Guarantee Certificate that accompanied the product upon delivery as well as the receipt or invoice and the receipt with which this product was purchased.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
ONLINE PURCHASE
Processing of orders on this online store will be carried out only for customers on the territory of Romania. We do not deliver outside the established area. People who have turned 18 by the day of the order and who have accepted the terms and conditions imposed can place orders on the site.
All information on our website is for information purposes, not constituting the subject of a Commercial Contract, until the time of placing and confirming an Order. After you place an order in our store, we will send you an email notification regarding the receipt of your order.
Acceptance of the order will be communicated to you via email in the form of an Order Confirmation. The contract between CARESTA BAGS and the buyer becomes valid when the Order Confirmation is sent and refers exclusively to the confirmed Products. Our company does not consider an unconfirmed order as having contractual value.
The contract is considered concluded when the email containing the Order Confirmation is sent to the buyer. Please check the contents of the order confirmation and report any errors found to orders@carestaofficial.com or by telephone at +40 766 200 357.
All products displayed on the site can be ordered, but only within the limit of available stocks. Some colors may have differences in tone between the actual product and its image on the site. These differences may arise from image processing.
The prices displayed in our shop are expressed in LEI and EURO and include VAT, but do not include the cost of transport, which will be added to the total to be paid. We make every effort to ensure that the prices shown in our store are correct, however, due to errors or technical malfunctions, situations may arise where the price shown is incorrect.
If errors occur and any Products are posted at an incorrect price, you will be contacted and given the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cannot be contacted, the order will be considered canceled and the amount paid will be refunded.
We do not undertake to honor orders for Products whose price is incorrect, and the error is obvious, the price indicated is not within our normal price range. We reserve the right to change the price of products posted on the site at any time, except for products that are the subject of a confirmed order.
As for discount vouchers, these discounts cannot be combined with other promotions and do not apply to products already on discount.
ONLINE PAYMENT
We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard/Eurocard, Maestro, including virtual cards Visa or MasterCard, American Express. By using your credit/debit card as your payment method, your order will be processed immediately.
We also accept payment upon delivery of the package as a payment method. Cash on delivery refers to the payment you make to the courier upon receipt of the package plus the latter's transport costs. This payment method is valid only for limited contries of Europe.
DELIVERY
Delivery takes place via courier, within a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 6 working days from the correct placing of the order, to the address specified by you, depending on the characteristics of each product. In case of Force Majeure, delivery may be delayed. In case of pre-order or special order the delivery time can be 15 working days.
Please use the address where you can be reached between 9am and 6pm on working days, as deliveries are only made during this period.
Please note: We reserve the right to no longer ship orders to persons who have not fulfilled their financial or other obligations to CARESTA BAGS. Furthermore, the contract will be interpreted and performed in good faith. Any abuse will lead to the termination of any contractual relationship.
Orders are processed and delivered from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 4pm will be processed and shipped the following day. Orders received after 4pm, Friday, will not be processed until the following week, Monday. The delivery period begins with receipt of the order shipping confirmation email.
CARESTA BAGS is not responsible for unexpected delays. Except in cases of force majeure, orders will be delivered within a maximum of 18 working days from the order confirmation date. Please check the conformity of the order upon delivery: the number of boxes, the integrity of the package, the correspondence of the delivery code with that of the order.
Please report any lack of compliance, in writing, both in the courier company's documentation and to orders@carestaofficial.com . If the product received is damaged, we recommend returning it in its initial condition, without using it and without removing the labels.
The loss or damage of the products ordered on the Site becomes your responsibility, once the transport documents have been signed.
